Garden City Begins Search For New Zoo Director

With this week’s announcement that Kathy Sexson plans to retire as director of the Lee Richardson Zoo April 1st, Garden City is left to begin a search for her replacement. City Manager Matt Allen says to begin such a task, you have to know where to start.

Allen is patient enough to make sure the zoo director’s position is the right fit not only for the city, but the person who ultimately takes the job.
