Kansas Business Owners Draw the Line

Topeka, KS (westernkansasnews.com)   The Kansas Chamber of Commerce recently announced the results of a poll that directly put the question to business owners “in your opinion what is the most important issue facing Kansas businesses today”?

Pat McFarren of Cole, Hardgrave, Snodgrass and Associates says store owners did not just oppose certain tax increases, they oppose any tax increase.

McFarren says another concern 31 percent of business owners have is rising energy costs.

McFarren emphasized the survey asked open ended questions to keep from nudging respondents in a certain direction.
