Growing Scott City
Scott City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Some exciting changes are underway in Scott City and the Scott Community Foundation is doing their part by pledging support and making grants. Director Ryan Roberts is glad to lend a helping hand.
Roberts says the Foundation also gives 50-thousand dollars in scholarships.
