Two More Guilty Pleas in Dodge City Racketeering Case
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) US Attorney Barry Grissom has announced that two more members of a Dodge City gang connected to federal racketeering charges have pleaded guilty. 26 year old Fabian Neave a member of the Norteno gang admitted he possessed methamphetamine with intent to distribute and held a knife to another man’s throat in a robbery attempt. Neave receives a five year prison sentence.
22 year old Alfredo Beltran-Ruiz pleaded guilty to his involvement in the attempted murder of Reyes Delira-Padilla two years ago. Beltran-Ruiz will be sentenced on February 24 where he faces up to ten years in prison.
