Holcomb, KS (westernkansasnews.com) After last weekend’s state fire training in Holcomb those that saw what firefighters put themselves through have a deeper appreciation for the men and women on the frontline. State Fire Marshal Doug Jorgensen gives us another perspective into what makes a firefighter special.
Jorgensen says the percentage of part-time or volunteer firefighters are similar throughout the country.
