Winners Announced For Put the Brakes on Fatalities Poster Contest
(westernkansasnews.com) KDOT ahead of Put the Brakes on Fatalities Day October 10th has announced their winner for the annual poster contest. Kirk Hutchinson of KDOT makes the big announcement.
Each winner receives a new bicycle and helmet. Kaylee Flores and her family from Moscow will also get a trip to Wolf Creek Lodge in Kansas City plus $50 gas card.
