Wichita woman injured in Garden City accident
Garden City, KS(westernkansasnews.com) A two vehicle accident in Garden City Thursday afternoon sent a Wichita woman to St. Catherine’s hospital with injuries.
At 2:48 p.m. on U50 milemarker 68 or U50 and Campus Drive in Garden City vehicle 2 was eastbound on U50. Vehicle 1 was stopped at the intersection of Campus Drive and U50. Vehicle 1 attempted to make a left turn onto U50 and was struck by Vehicle 2.
The passenger of vehicle 1 Tsegreda Berhe, 41, was taken to the hospital for her injuries. Neither driver was injured.
