Water Rates are Going to Rise
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The City Commission in Garden City Tuesday approved a rate increase of $9.60 a month beginning in October for infrastructure upkeep. This to prevent the city from incurring deficits of 1 million dollars by 2018.
