Vote The “Hatchet Game” as The Top Rivalry in The Midwest
Garden City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–It was voted as the top rivalry in the state of Kansas, and now it is up for grabs as the top rivalry in the Midwest. USA TODAY High School Sports is having a vote on the top rivalry in the US. Currently they are in the regional rounds. Fans of the Dodge City Red Demons and the Garden City Buffaloes have until Wednesday at 10 am to help advance the “Hatchet Game” as the top rivalry in the Midwest region. If it is selected as the top rivalry in the nation, the two schools will split $10,000 and USA TODAY High School Sports will be at the 2013 game.
