Viola graduated from Healy High School in 1942. She lived in Gove, Finney & Lane Counties and operated the Dighton Sale Barn Café and cooked at Alamota Grade School. In 1972 she moved to Sun City and then returned to Dighton in 1987 and cleaned for Lane County Feeders and American Legion Post # 190. She enjoyed dancing, horses, her flower garden, embroidery & listening to polka music. She was preceded in death by her Parents, First Husband & 1 son- Dwayne Seifried.
