USD 457 holding District Art Show
Garden City, KS(westernkansasnews.com) Garden City Public Schools will hold a School District Art Show November 14th through December 15th at the Educational Support Center, 1205 Fleming Street. The artwork can be viewed during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The show will feature works from all the schools in the district from Kindergarten to 12th grade. The show will include a variety of media such as, drawing, painting, sculpture, graphic design, and mixed media. A reception will be held on Friday, November 17th, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. for students and their parents who have work in the show. This is a great family event celebrating the wonderful student artists throughout the district. The community can vote for their favorite piece in the show.
