The Garden City Public Schools Technology Department has set up a Technology Help Hotline at 620-805-7178. The hotline is for families that need assistance with technology for delivery of instruction to students. The hotline will be available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Families can also visit the Parent Resources site at www.gckschools.com/coronavirus_info/parentresources. The district is posting resources for parents to support their student’s continuous learning.
The district distributed iPads to 2nd graders this week to help with educational instruction. The Pre-K through 1st grade students will continue to receive their education through packets. Schools will communicate with parents about how they will conduct the distribution process for the various items that students will need for their education.
The district will provide information through the district’s social media accounts and at the website at www.gckschools.com.
