US Attorney:Six and a Half Year Sentence Given to Man For Possessing Child Porn
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) US Attorney Barry Grissom says a man from Garden City has been given six and half years in prison for possessing nearly 16,000 images of child pornography on his laptop computer.
43 year old James McGary pleaded guilty to one count of possessing child pornography. The investigation started when a detective with the Ford County Sheriff’s office identified McGary’s computer distributing the pictures on a file share program.
