US Attorney Says Man From Garden City Receives 13 Years For Gun Crime
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A 24 year old man from Garden City has been sentenced to 13 year in prison for a federal gun crime after entering into a plea deal with prosecutors. US Attorney Barry Grissom office says Anthony Reyna sold a firearm to an undercover agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms two years ago. Reyna was prohibited from possessing a firearm because he had a prior felony conviction.
