US Attorney: Man From Hugoton Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges
Hugoton, KS (westernkansasnews.com) US Attorney Barry Grissom says a 30 year old man from Hugoton has pleaded guilty to producing and distributing child pornography. Andrew McDaniels pleaded guilty to one count on each charge for soliciting a 15 year old child in South Carolina for nude photos and for using a file share program of a movie where two minor girls were involved in sexual activity. Both sides have agreed to a prison term of 17 1/2 years. Sentencing for McDaniels is set for May 4th.
