Updtate on downtown Dodge City Streetscape Project construction
Dodge City, Kan.–Starting Tuesday, January 14th, following the reopening of Gunsmoke Street between 3rd Avenue and 2nd Avenue, construction will shift to the next section of Gunsmoke Street between 2nd Avenue and 1st Avenue. Please note that the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Gunsmoke Street will remain closed, along with the section of 2nd Avenue between Front Street and Gunsmoke Street. With that said, sidewalks will remain open for pedestrians to access businesses.
When navigating through the construction area, please stay alert for equipment, loose or shifting soil, freshly placed concrete, tar sealant, and other potential hazards. Be mindful of your surroundings and follow all traffic control measures to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
