Ulysses Genesis Family Health Medical Clinic will be moving locations

The Ulysses Genesis Family Health Medical Clinic (GFH) is announcing a new facility to become its permanent medical home! The clinic is currently making plans to move from its current location, to a new location at 113 N. Main St., located in the Grant County Economic Development/Grant County Chamber office complex.

This move will allow us to implement an integrated model of care that includes care coordination between behavioral health, medical services, dentistry, pharmacy and social services.

We anticipate this move happening with very limited disruption to patient care. We will be closed on July 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 6th to move the clinic. We will be open at the new location July 7th, 2020. We will also have new clinic hours which will be 8am-Noon and 1pm-5pm.
