U.S. 50 mill and inlay project begins in Garden City
Crews are expected to begin a mill and inlay project on U.S. 50 from Campus Drive to Towns Road in Garden City on Tuesday, July 10.
U.S. 50 will be reduced to two lanes with traffic controlled by flaggers and a pilot car when necessary. KDOT urges drivers to be alert, pay attention to all work zone warning signs, slow down when approaching a work zone and be prepared to stop.
Venture Corporation of Great Bend is the contractor on this $1.1 million project which is expected to be completed in August, weather permitting.
