The Sophomore scored 16 points and pulled down nine rebounds in an eight-point, road win over Otero on Tuesday night. Less than 24 hours later, he was back at it, this time with a pen in his right hand, and signing a letter of intent to play basketball at The University of Texas Pan American.
The news just as good for Garden City Community College baseball player Cale Dineen, who inked with Dayton University. The freshman red shirted last season after transferring from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and will have three years of eligibility remaining.
