Two GCHS Students Honor Their Late Classmate

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The project was meant to honor one of their classmates they lost several years ago in an accident. Davida DeLeon and Emily Burns are Seniors at Garden City High School and they wanted to do something for their lost friend Miranda Dunsworth.

So both decided to raise money for a brick outside the high school to remember Miranda. Only needing $100 the students more than exceeded their goal.

With money left over DeLeon and Burns will buy bracelets for Miranda that their class will wear graduation day.
