Scott County, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–Two Scott City men died in a two-vehicle accident just before 10 am Saturday morning.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Subaru Tribeca driven by 31-year-old Sye Michael Voth was traveling southbound on Eagle Road, about one mile north of Kansas Highway 96, when he failed to yield the right of way to an eastbound 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 on Road 160, driven by 39-year-old Kenneth Lloyd Lee Crow. That caused Crow to collide with Voth. Both vehicles came to rest in a field south of Road 160.

The drivers were pronounced dead at the scene and were taken to Price & Sons Funeral Home.

Neither driver was wearing a seatbelt, according to the KHP report.
