Turnout For Early Voting Exceeding Expectations

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) It is perceived that only days before Tuesday’s election people are finally turning their attention to the presidential race between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.  Ford County Clerk Debbie Cox on the recent surge of early voting she has seen.

 

Finney County clerk Elsa Ulrich reports 1,758 have voted already as of Thursday either in her office or by mail.  Early voting will be offered until Monday at noon.

Secretary of State Kris Kobach predicts a record number of Kansans will vote Tuesday. Estimates are 72 percent or 1.3 of the 1.8 million registered voters will participate this year.
