Traffic Stop Leads to Methamphetamine Arrest
On September 7, 2021, at 2:20 A.M., Officers of the Garden City Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of E. Walnut Street.
After further investigation, a search of the vehicle was conducted where suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located. The driver, identified as Roy Humphrey (73), Garden City, KS, was cited and released for No Valid Driver’s License and No Proof of Insurance. The passenger, identified as Kelly Underhill (43), Garden City, KS, was arrested and lodged in the Finney County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to
Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (F).
