Traffic Fatality Near Leoti Thursday morning
(westernkansasnews.com) Leoti–A head on collision shortly before 7 Thursday morning claimed the life of a 76 year old man from Leoti. The accident happened on K-96 just three miles east of Leoti, killing Hilton K. Tokoi. The Highway Patrol reports Tokoi’s truck went left of center and collided with a tractor trailer. After impact Tokoi’s truck spun over and landed on its roof. The other driver 58 year old Noah James Jeffries also of Leoti was injured and taken to Wichita County Hospital.
