Tony Hernandez

Tony Hernandez, age 26, of Elkhart, Kansas died December 23, 2015, in Ford County, Kansas. He was born March 31, 1989, in San Pedro, Honduras, the son of Ned Naranjo and Rosa Hernandez.

Tony, a roofer, moved to Elkhart at the age of 15. He has been living in Wichita the last seven years. He enjoyed spending time with friends and lifting weights.

Survivors include his parents, Ned Naranjo and Rosa Hernandez of Elkhart, Kansas; brother, Yuset Hernandez of Elkhart, Kansas; and sister, Maria Hernandez of Wyoming.  

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the First Church of God in Elkhart, Kansas with Pastor Rafael Bermuda officiating. Interment will follow at the Elkhart Cemetery in Elkhart, Kansas. Friends may call on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Garnand Funeral Home.
