Three Teens from Lakin Injured in Thursday Night Crash
Lakin, KS (westernkansasnews.com) An accident around 8pm Thursday night on River Road near the Kearny/Finney County line has injured three teens from Lakin. Kearny County sheriff’s department says the driver 17 year old Trevor Wright overcorrected while attempting to even out the 2005 Nissan Maxima he was driving.
His car rolled over twice and landed on its side in a ditch. Wright was ejected, he has been transported to a hospital in Wichita. Two passenger 17 year old Aubrey Hanson and 16 year old Chloe Holmes were taken to St. Catherine in Garden City. Conditions of all three accident victims have not been released.
