Three Separate Groups Ready to Buy State Theater From City
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) It is a part of Garden City’s history. The historic State Theater is about to get a new owners. Bids are on the table. City Manager Matt Allen says its up to the commission on who is the best fit to take over.
There are challenges for whoever takes ownership.
Allen believes taking care of the State Theater would be a nice piece in revitalizing downtown.
