Three area players earn more football honors

Garden City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–You can add more honors to three southwest Kansas athletes for their play on the football field in 2016.

The 2016 All-USA Kansas Football Team was released today by USA Today High School Sports. Earning All-State honors on the defensive side of the ball was Dillon Williams of Holcomb at linebacker. On the second-team were Harrison Creed of Ulysses as an offensive lineman, and Garden City’s Zeke Herrera at linebacker.
