Thelma Traugott

Thelma Traugott, 86, died Sunday, May 17, 2015 at her home in San Jose, California. She was born March 2, 1929 at Garden City to parents Henry & Clara (Haggerman) Giesaking. She married to Darel Traugott on October 1, 1948 in Garden City. He died on June 14, 1984.

Thelma graduated from Garden City High School and attended Garden City Community College. She was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a busy Homemaker. After raising four children she worked at Sears for many years until she retired and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1997. In 2009 she moved to San Jose, California. Her special interest was being involved with her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband 2 Brothers- Lawrence Giesaking & Charles Giesaking & 2 Sisters- Wilma Staub & Erma Marker.
