Montezuma, KS (westernkansasnews.com) After suffering a legal setback from the state court of appeals in refusing to lift a ban on dismemberment abortions, it’s on to the next step for the author of the bill State Senator Garrett Love of Montezuma. Love is confident in the end their side will ultimately win.

Love is not sure of the timing, but the issue will be brought up to the State Supreme Court. For now the ban is on hold.
