The Dedication It Takes to Become A Cop
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) He is the newest member of the Garden City Police Department. Zack Kassim is on the force, but it was quite an extensive process to take his oath and it all began after passing a background check.
The good news is according to master patrol officer Emily Relph, Kassin was not alone.
Officers must serve one year to pass their probationary period.
