Taking WWII Vets to the Place That Honors Them
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Honor Flight is celebrating ten years of offering WWII servicemen and women the chance to see the Memorial built for them in Washington at no cost. Kansas Honor Flight Board member Rosemary Corbett says the good news is the program has been expanded.
Corbett will leave on her 8th honor flight later this month.
