Suspect From Weekend Shooting Has Died
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police report the man accused of killing both 55 year old Jesus Ochoa-Morales and 48 year old Maria Monreal has died himself from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at a hospital in Wichita. The separate shootings occurred with an hour and a half Sunday morning.
Officers tried to approach the car of 58 year old Isaias Monreal and ask him about the shooting of Morales when he fired a shot at Maria Monreal, the woman he abducted earlier at Wal-mart and then he turned the gun on himself. It took Isaias Monreal a little more than 48 to die from his injuries.
