Survey to public on U.S. Highway 83 Roadway Safety Plan underway
The public is encouraged to participate in a survey on the U.S. Higwhway 83 corridor in Kansas.
The US 83 Communities Roadway Safety Plan is a comprehensive strategy to identify and eliminate fatalities and serious injuries from vehicle crashes for all users. Currently, the plan includes the cities of Liberal, Garden City, Holcomb, Scott City and Oberlin, and the counties of Seward, Haskell, Finney, Scott, Logan and Decatur.
