Strengthening Kansas Families Day by Day
Liberal, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Secretary of Kansas Children and Families Phyllis Gilmore made a presentation in Liberal Thursday at the Kiwanis luncheon. The goal of her department is to promote healthy families. One of the ways they do this is through a job placement program.
Privatization of service always has its critics, but Gilmore is pleased with considerable progress in one area.
