State Trying to Minimize Impact of Additional Budget Cuts
Topeka, KS (westernkansasnews.com) State Budget Director Shawn Sullivan announced Thursday afternoon 62 million dollars in cuts to help cement figures to balance next year’s budget. The program affected the most will be getting back what they lost from another source.
Sullivan says none of the additional cuts are coming from K-12 funding or the public employees retirement system.
