State Suspends Practicing License For Erskin

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A local physician’s assistant accused of misrepresenting himself as a doctor, for not having the appropriate supervision and for failing to tell patients he used Botox from overseas that was not approved for use by the Food and Drug Administration has had his license temporary suspended while a lawsuit runs its course.

Joel Erskin was part owner and operator of Renovo Medical and University Medical and is running for Kansas House in the 123rd district seat that’s been left open with John Doll’s run for State Senate.
