Kansas Secretary of State: Early Voting Underway
Topeka, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Early voting for the August 5th primary in Kansas is already underway.
Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach explains that if you vote by mail here is what to do.
If you do not have a Kansas driver’s license then photocopy your out of state license and send it in. Kobach did not cite specific numbers, but he says turnout for primary elections are typically pretty low.
