State Champs hitting the mats–Audio
Garden City, Kan (westernkansasnews.com)-When you walk into Garden City High School’s new wrestling room, you’ll notice banners on the wall. There’s a specific purpose for them:
“I’m a very visual guy,” Head coach Carlos Prieto said. “I show these kids during practice-you know we’ve got these banners-your year can be up there; are you working for it.”
The season kicks off with the Raider Duels December 6 and 7. But sports director Mike Pilosof caught up with coach Prieto during summer workouts.
