Standing Up to Child Abuse in Western Kansas
Scott City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A month away from their ten year anniversary the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center is making their final push. Program Director Vicky Hubin calls it the “One Hundred Women” campaign and the goal simply to stop child abuse in Western Kansas.
