Lakin, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Two years ago, Nikki Harris of Lakin received news on her 1 1/2 year old daughter Katelyn that changed both of their lives forever.
A doctor in Oklahoma City told them about St. Jude Children’s research Hospital in Memphis. Katelyn was treated and released with no more signs of cancer. St. Jude works on donations and never sent the family a bill.
The Harris family and Freddy’s in Garden City have teamed up to do something for St. Jude in return.
