Sonia L. Castillo
Sonia L. Castillo, age 28, died Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at her home in Holcomb. She was born April 2, 1987 at Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Ismael & Guadalupe (Luna) Salvidrez.
Sonia grew up in several different places in Colorado. She attended High School in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. She had worked as a cook, CNA and was an operator for AT&T in Grand Junction, Colorado. She moved to Holcomb in 2013. Sonia enjoyed riding horses and attending horse races, other animals and especially good times with her family.
Survivors include her three children, Hugo Salvidrez, Lesly Castillo, and Ivan Roman; parents, Ismael & Guadalupe Salvidrez; grandparents, Moncerrate & Guadalupe Terrazas; four brothers, Geraldo Delgadillo, Jesse Delgadillo, Abraham Delgadillo, and Juan Salvidrez; and two sisters, Erika Salvidrez and Yuri Salvidrez.
Visitation will be from Noon Saturday to 2:00 PM Sunday at Igelisa Christina Hispana, 628 North 11th Street in Garden City
Memorials may be given to the Sonia Castillo Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home.
