Sizing Up the New Farm Bill

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A series of meetings last week in Southwest Kansas went over changes in the new farm bill. Amanda Shaw with the Natural Resources Conservation Service says among the changes are new requirements.

Shaw encourages new farmers to take advantage of the NRCS programs.

Veterans just starting out in farming would also receive additional incentives.
