Sinclair: Has Eye On Finney County Commission

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The third and final candidate for Finney County Commission District One is Charles Sinclair.  A local resident since 1959 and Korean War vet, Sinclair is giving this campaign all he has.
