Self-Defense leads to fatal stabbing in Garden City
Garden City, Kan (WesternKansasNews.Com) – On August 18, 2022, at 5:30 A.M., Officers of the Garden City Police Department were dispatched to the 400 block of E. Santa Fe Street for a reported stabbing. Robert Gallardo Molina (58), Garden City, KS, was found stabbed inside the residence. Molina was transported to St. Catherine Hospital, where he later died.
The initial investigation has determined Molina forced entry into the residence and was involved in an altercation with a man living there when Molina was stabbed. The individual has been detained, but no arrest has been made. The investigation is ongoing.
