Scott D. Davidson, 62 a former longtime Sublette resident died Monday April, 11, 2016 at his home. 

He was born July 18, 1953 in Sublette, Kansas to Glenn E. and Lucille (Belt) Davidson. He was a graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science in Dallas, Texas. 

Mr. Davidson was a retired embalmer and funeral director and also an author of various articles pertaining to the preparation room technique, and was the creator and founder of “The Undertakers Parlor”, an internet site that shares experiences and expertise among those in the funeral profession worldwide. He was licensed in numerous states and held a National Board Certificate issued by the Conference of Funeral Service Licensing Boards of the United States. 

Survivors include his sister, Carla Blair of Lakewood, Colorado and a host of cousins. 

Graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday April 30, 2016 at 11:30 am at the Cimarron Cemetery with Rev. Mike Keating presiding. There will be no public visitation, cremation has taken place.
