Scott City volleyball finishes second at home invitational

Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–In what was maybe one of the more competitive tournaments in a while, the Scott City Lady Beavers finished in second place at the Scott City Invitational Tournament on Saturday. In three of their four matches won, the Lady Beavers won in straight sets. Their final match against TMP Marian was a three-set thriller. Norton won the meet, going 5-0 on the day.

Scott City is 19-8 on the year, and will be in Cimarron on Tuesday for a quadrangular.
