Rockies woes continue in Philadelphia
Philadelphia (westernkansasnews.com)–Things weren’t so good for Colorado, as the Philadelphia Phillies handed Colorado their third straight loss in a 7-2 final Tuesday night. Tyler Colvin drove in the first run of the game for the Colorado, but the Phillies responded with seven of the final eight runs of the game in the first seven innings. Josh Outman lasted only 4 1/3 innings for the Rockies, giving up four runs on five hits. Game two of the series is tonight as Alex White will take the hill for Colorado, while Philadelphia will send Joe Blanton to the bump in a 6:05 start at Citizens Bank Park.
