Weeks ago as a candidate when Senator Roberts was asked what he would do if President Obama’s executive orders exceeded his constitutional authority, here is what Roberts had to say.
Senator Roberts did not explain what he would do specifically in the aftermath of the President’s executive order on immigration. Robert’s position is consistent in one area, but appears to have taken a softer tone.
Critics contend defunding programs has no teeth since the GOP has already vowed not to shutdown the government.
