Roadwork Closing Parts of US 160
(westernkansasnews.com) U.S. 160 will close from the U.S. 83/U.S. 160/K-144 intersection in Haskell County west to the U.S. 160/K-190 intersection in Grant County. K-144 will also close from the same intersection to the K-190/U.S. 56 intersection in Gray County.
Crews have begun work to realign U.S. 160 and K-144 with the newly constructed overpass in Haskell County.
K-144 will close June 26 until sometime in July and U.S. 160 will close June 27 until late August. Traffic will be detoured to K-190, U.S. 56 and U.S. 83.
Also starting on June 26 guard rail and post repairs will begin in Clark County after delays. The repairs will take place on K-34 and U.S. 160. New posts and guard rail end terminals and sections at various locations are being replaced. Work is expected to be completed in mid-August.
